Please note that route times can vary week to week, but all customers should be collected by 7:00 pm on your scheduled day. Please keep in mind the following Federal Holidays that will push your normal collection back by one day:

Is it possible we missed your stop?
This is as frustrating for us as it is for you and is never done intentionally.
We cannot always guarantee a re-collection, but we can credit your account for one week's service if we are not able to re-collect. *
Sometimes stops can be missed due to:
🚫No trash out - Oops! You missed the trash truck!
🚛A new driver or helper in training
🌀🚦Weather or Traffic Delays
If your route will be delayed past 7:00 p.m., we will update our status bar on the home page and/or send you a notification to your email or text. Please be sure we have the most up-to-date information on file so you receive those notifications.
*If you trash was not out by the curb when we were at your stop that is not considered a missed stop. Please place your trash out the night before to ensure collection.
Please upload a photo from your cell phone of the trash container and its location. We use this to improve our services.
