Recollection & Credit Policy
While we can't always guarantee a return trip, if a valid miss is confirmed and we’re unable to recollect, we’ll issue a credit for one week of service to your account.
(*Applies only when trash was out on time and accessible.)
Common Reasons for Missed Stops
🚫 No trash out – The truck arrived, but there was nothing at the curb
🚛 New driver or helper in training
⚠️ Landfill delays
🌀🚦 Weather or traffic disruptions
📍 GPS error or unrecognized address
🕒 Route Timing & Notifications
Our collection window is 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Trash must be out by 5:30 AM — or better yet, the night before
Delays past 7:00 PM
Delays are rare, but they can happen and we keep you informed!
We will send an email or text alert informing you of the change and status of your pick up - always!
