Register Missed Pick Up

Please note that route times can vary week to week, but all customers should be collected by 7:00 pm on your scheduled day.  Please keep in mind the following Federal Holidays that will push your normal collection back by one day: 

 

New Year's Day 

Memorial Day 

Independence Day

Labor Day

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Day

Is it possible we missed your stop?

This is as frustrating for us as it is for you and is never done intentionally.

We cannot always guarantee a re-collection, but we can credit your account for one week's service if we are not able to re-collect. *

Sometimes stops can be missed due to:

🚫No trash out - Oops!  You missed the trash truck!

🚛A new driver or helper in training

⚠️Landfill delays

🌀🚦Weather or Traffic Delays

If your route will be delayed past 7:00 p.m.,  we will update our status bar on the home page and/or send you a notification to your email or text.  Please be sure we have the most up-to-date information on file so you receive those notifications. 

 

Address MUST BE COMPLETE (N, S, E, W, ST, RD, ETC.)

What day is your waste normally collected?

*If you trash was not out by the curb when we were at your stop that is not considered a missed stop.  Please place your trash out the night before to ensure collection.

Was your trash out the night before?
Was your road/driveway blocked?
Is the account current?
Was your trash bagged? Extended area routes do require trash be bagged
Please describe what was left behind.
