Is it possible we missed your stop?
This is as frustrating for us as it is for you and is never done intentionally. Our drivers are humans and sometimes make an error, or cannot locate your home due to GPS errors.
We cannot always guarantee a recollection, but we can credit your account for one week's service if we are not able to recollect. *
Sometimes stops can be missed due to:
🚫No trash out - Oops! You missed the trash truck!
🚛A new driver or helper in training
⚠️Landfill delays
🌀🚦Weather or Traffic Delays
📍Wrong GPS Location of your address
If your route will be delayed past 7:00 p.m., we will update our status bar on the home page and/or send you a notification to your email or text. Please be sure we have the most up-to-date information on file so you receive those notifications.
***Please note that route times can vary week to week, but all customers should be collected by 7:00 pm on your scheduled day. Our collection times are generally 6am-7pm. Please have your trash out by 5:30am (or the night before) to ensure collection.
*If you trash was not out by the curb when we were at your stop that is not considered a missed stop. Please place your trash out the night before to ensure collection. Route times do vary from 6am-7pm depending on driver times, landfill delays and traffic.
Please upload a photo from your cell phone of the trash container and its location. We use this to improve our services and show our drivers EXACTLY where your trash is located.
