Payment Process

  • Automatic Payments:
    Accounts on automatic payment will no longer receive E-Bills prior to payment. You can log into your account anytime to view upcoming payments.

  • For customers enrolled BEFORE December 1, 2024:
    Payments will be deducted between the 29th and the 1st of each month.

  • For customers enrolled ON or AFTER December 1, 2024:
    Subscription charges will be deducted automatically based on your subscription details. Please log into your account to confirm your settings.

  • Late Payments:
    A late fee of $10.00 will apply if your account is over 10 days past due.   You may be subject to skipped collections for overdue accounts.  Accounts that remain unpaid after 30 days will be suspended.

  • Reinstating Service for Suspended Accounts:
    If your account has been suspended or uncollected, reinstating service is easy—just pay the bill by 4pm the day prior to your scheduled collection.  Accounts over 60 days may need to call to reinstate service.  If your stop was skipped due to non-payment we will not come back to recollect before your next scheduled collection.
