📥E-Bills are sent to your inbox on the 5th of the month  prior to your due date.

📪If you recieve a paper bill ($4 fee applies) Bills are mailed on the 6th of the month prior to your due date.

💵Payments for service are due on the 1st of the month of your billing cycle.  (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually)

🕔Late charges of $8.00 apply on the 6th of the month for accounts not paid.

🛑Accounts not paid by the 15th will be subject to service suspension.  Suspended accounts will incur a $10 reconnection fee. 

⏳Suspended accounts take up to 48 hours to reactivate service.  Your service will restart on the next scheduled collection day.
