Stop or Pause Service

We're sorry to hear you're considering pausing or stopping your service with Flash Trash. We value your business and want to make sure your experience with us is as seamless as possible, whether you're continuing with us or taking a break.  

Keep in mind we do offering the following in lieu of a cancellation:

⬇️Reduce your service plan to 100 gallons weekly for $25/month

💸Take advantage of our hardship assistance

⏸️Pause service for up to six months (great for Snowbirds, travel, or budget restrictions). This gives you the flexibility you deserve without completely ending our partnership.

If you do decide to proceed with stopping your service, we kindly ask for at least 7 days' notice before your subscription period ends. This helps us ensure a smooth transition and avoid any unnecessary fees. Any fees you've already paid for the current period are non-refundable.  If you posess a Flash Trash container, please be sure it is EMPTY and placed curbside on you last collection day.  Uncollectable containers or filled containers will access additional fees of up to $95.00.

🚩Containers will be collected after your date of final collection.  Please specify where the container will be located on your property.  If you are in possession of a Flash Trash container(s) and we are unable to recollect the container, or the container is re-filled after your final collection, there is a $95.00 equipment charge per container. Containers must be located outside and outside of fenced-in areas.
